Shipping Policy
At RTFicial.AI, we ship domestically and internationally using reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring that each order arrives safely and on time. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation, with estimated delivery times of 3 to 7 days for domestic shipments and 7 to 20 days for international shipments. All orders include a tracking number so customers can monitor the delivery status online.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the product. Taxes, duties, or customs charges in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. If you receive a product damaged during shipping, please notify the support team within 48 hours of delivery so the corresponding claim can be processed.
Return and exchange policy
At RTFicial.AI, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories, and undamaged due to misuse. Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, in which case we will be responsible for the costs.
Once the product has been received and inspected, acceptance of the return or exchange will be confirmed, and if applicable, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. All of our equipment also comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, providing support and peace of mind to our customers.
